Privacy Policy
The HC Collective ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, that is:
- Your name, email address, company or organization, and job title
- Organization type, company size, timeline, and how you heard about us
- The areas you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party embeds on this site. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking first.
How it is handled
Form submissions are sent by email to hello@hccollectiveco.com and stored in our email system. Access is limited to the people at The HC Collective who need it in order to reply. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purpose above, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@hccollectiveco.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
